  • Really lovely outdoor seating area with plenty of room for the family and pups. Pretzel bites with in house beer cheese dip and in house mustard were delicious. Various types of bratwurst to try with 1 rotating special. The imported draft beer was interesting to try, and the staff was very helpful in learning more about the beers and helped you find the right one.

  • A bit pricey but good quality German food and beers! Don’t expect huge portions. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. They even play German bands of the 80s! We’ve lived in Germany and this place comes pretty close. Expect a Wurstbude with Bier. Talking about beer they do have it served in German style glasses even the liter glasses!

  • Boyfriend enjoyed, I thought the pretzel was good and will go again to try the schnitzel. Otherwise, wasn't my usual flavor profile. Didn't wait long for food.

  • After a bike ride, we decided to stop by Bauhaus for dinner, and it did not disappoint. The staff and chef were fantastic—attentive and friendly. Drinks arrived promptly, and the food followed quickly. We ordered the Knackwurst, Currywurst, and Bavarian pretzel bites. Everything was expertly prepared and delicious. The pretzel was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and absolutely easy to devour. The Knackwurst, served with sauerkraut and deli mustard, was a standout dish. The Currywurst, while not my personal favorite, still had a unique and enjoyable flavor. We paired our meal with a favorite beer, making for a wonderful evening. I highly recommend trying this cozy little German restaurant in downtown Springdale. We’ll definitely be back!

  • My family and I thoroughly enjoy coming to Bauhaus whenever possible. The atmosphere is great. Being able to have an amazing German beer, a soft pretzel, and a sausage while sitting and enjoying the outside. We typically spend a few hours hanging out and playing the large selection of board games they provide for free. The owner is very friendly and always a pleasure to talk with during our visits.

  • We enjoyed our meal at Bauhaus Biergarten. The two young folks serving customers couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, and came around multiple times to ask us if we needed anything. We liked the laid-back atmosphere of both the outside beer garden and the inside tables, which we chose because the evening was hot. One of us had Wiener schnitzel, the other a bratwurst, and both were good, though the schnitzel's breading included some kind of seasoning salt with tastes we've never encountered in Wiener schnitzels in Austria, Germany, or the Czech Republic -- perhaps even garlic salt. There were interesting thinly sliced fried potatoes with the schnitzel, which were flavored with dill. They may have been a potato salad, though there wasn't any dressing we could taste with the potatoes. In any case, the dill seasoning was very nice. We had a Pilsner and a dunkel beer, both very good. All in all, an enjoyable meal and a place I'm happy to recommend.

  • The best German food we've had outside of Germany. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretzel did not disappoint and the sausage sampler is a must. Love the comunal eating areas and available blankets for enjoying the crisp weather outside. Definitely reminiscent of our adventures in Europe. Absolutely will come here again.
